Muḥammad b. ʿUthmān b. Saʿīd al-ʿAmrī (Arabic:محمد بن عُثمان بن سَعيد العَمري) (d. 305/917) was the second deputy among the Four Deputies of Imam al-Mahdi (a). He was at first an agent of Imam al-Mahdi (a) and then became his representative for forty years. Since the time of Imam al-'Askari (a), he was the major assistance of his father 'Uthman b. Sa'id who was the first deputy of Imam al-Mahdi (a).
It is reported that he wrote some books in jurisprudence that Kitab al-ashriba is among them.
