Ruqayya may refer to:
- Ruqayya bt. al-Husayn (a) one of the daughters of Imam al-Husayn (a) who was present at the tragedy of Karbala and was amongst the captives that were taken to Syria.
- Ruqayya bt. al-Imam 'Ali (a), the daughter of Imam 'Ali (a) and wife of Muslim b. 'Aqil. She is also one of the captives of Karbala.
- Ruqayya daughter of the Prophet (s) and Khadija bt. Khuwaylid who was born before Hijra in Mecca. She is counted as the eldest, the second, or even the last daughter of the Prophet (s).
