Bihbahani may refer to the following figures:
- Muhammad Baqir al-Bihbahani (d. 1791), known as Wahid al-Bihbahani, a twelver Shi'a scholar in jurisprudence, principles of jurisprudence and an author in 12th/18th century.
- Muhammad Ali Bihbahani (d. 1216/1801) known as Aqa Muhammad Ali Kirmanshahi was a Shi'a influential jurist, scholar of principles of jurisprudence and rijal 12th/18th and 13th/19th century.
- Sayyid Ahmad b. Muhammad Ali Bihbahani (d. 1819), known as Aqa Ahmad Kirmanshahi, a Shiite scholar of the 13th/19th century who authored Mirat al-ahwal jahannama.
- Sayyid 'Abd Allah Bihbahani (d. 1910), one of the leaders of Iran's Constitutional Movement and one of the scholars of Tehran.
- Sayyid Muhammad Bihbahani (d. 1963), son of Sayyid 'Abd Allah Bihbahani and an important figure at the time of constitutional movement in Iran.
