Istikhara

Istikhāra (Arabic: الاستخاره), literally means to ask Allah for good. It is a way of removing a state of indecision through consulting the Glorious Qur'an or prayer beads. One may resort to istikhara if pondering and consulting experienced trustworthy people fails to remove the state of indecision.
