Risalat School; A Center for Education and Social Services
The Risalat Seminary and Husayniyya was established in 1994 by the efforts of Muhammad Hashim Salihi, an Afghan jurist, in the Karte Seh area of Kabul.[1] It is said that he took steps to establish this school after the fall of the communist government of Afghanistan in 1992.[2] Despite a hiatus of several years due to civil wars, this suspension ended with the fall of the Taliban government in 2001, and after the formation of the new political system in Afghanistan, its construction and development process resumed.[3]
After its establishment, this center became known as one of the scientific and religious centers in Kabul and, according to some sources, holds a significant position within Afghan society.[4]
Education and Management
Seminary lessons at various levels, including advanced classes (dars kharij) in jurisprudence and principles of jurisprudence, are held for a significant number of students with the direct presence of Muhammad Hashim Salihi and other professors.[5] The management of the complex is the responsibility of Shaykh Jawad Salihi, the son of the seminary's founder.[6]

Social and Cultural Activities
In addition to education, Risalat School also plays a role in social, religious, and charitable affairs.[7] Among its activities are supporting needy families, responding to religious inquiries, and hosting meetings of members of parliament. This center is known as a religious and service base in western Kabul.[8]
