Zayd b. al-Imam al-Hasan (a): Difference between revisions

[[Al-Shaykh al-Tusi]] regarded Zayd b. al-Hasan a companion of [[Imam al-Sajjad (a)]]<ref>Tafrishī, ''Naqd al-rijāl'', vol. 2, p. 282.</ref> and Ibn Hibban regarded him a [[thiqa]] (reliable hadith narrator) and accepted his narrations.<ref>Ibn Ḥajar al-ʿAsqalānī, ''Tahdhīb al-tahdhīb'', vol. 3, p. 350; Amīn, ''Aʿyān al-Shīʿa'', vol. 7, p. 96.</ref> Ibn Hajar in his book ''Tahdhib al-tahdhib'' stated that Zayd was a member of Banu Hashim who was a generous and noble man.<ref>Ibn Ḥajar al-ʿAsqalānī, ''Tahdhīb al-tahdhīb'', vol. 3, p. 350.</ref> Also there is a narration in ''[[Bihar]]'' from the book ''[[Al-Khara'ij wa l-jara'ih (book)|Al-Khara'ij wa l-Jara'ih]]'' by [[Sa'id b. Hibat Allah al-Rawandi|al-Rawandi]]<ref>Majlisī, ''Biḥār al-anwār'', vol. 46, p. 329; Rāwandī, ''al-Kharāʾij wa l-jarāʾiḥ'', vol. 2, p. 601.</ref> that accused Zayd of playing a role in [[martyrdom]] of [[Imam al-Baqir (a)]].
