Umm Abiha is an Arabic epithet which literally means "the mother of her father". This epithet was given to daughters by their fathers as a sign of affection and fondness. According to the position of Lady Fatimat al-Zahra' (a) toward the [[Prophet (s)]] , he used to call her by this epithet.
