Year 619 CE was a common year in the Julian calendar that started on Monday, Jumada I 8, 4 BH and ended on Monday, Jumada I 18, 3 BH[1]. The Prophet's called this year "the year of sorrow" (Am al-Huzn) after his supportive uncle, Abu Talib (a), and his wife, Lady Khadija (a), passed away.[2]
