Masʿūd b. al-Ḥajjāj al-Taymī (Arabic: مسعود بن الحَجّاج التَيمي) was among the companions of Imam al-Husayn (a) who was martyred in the Battle of Karbala.

In his book Ibsar al-'ain, Samawi acknowledges Mas'ud b. Hajjaj and his son, 'Abd al-Rahman, as renowned and courageous Shi'a from Kufa, both belonging to the Bani Taym tribe. He recounts that Mas'ud b. Hajjaj and his son, along with Omar b. Sa'd departed from Kufa for Karbala. On the seventh day of Muharram, Mas'ud b. Hajjaj joined Imam Husayn (a) and remained steadfast by his side until his martyrdom on the day of Ashura, during the initial assault. His age at the time of his martyrdom is documented as fifty years. He has been blessed in the Ziyara al-Rajabiyya for Imam al-Husayn (a) and Ziyara al-Shuhada.6
