Year 9 BH[1] known as al-Ahqafiyya Year, i.e., the year in which Quran 46 was revealed, was the 5th year after Bi'tha (beginning of the Prophet's mission). This year started on Monday, October 22, 613 CE, and ended on Thursday, October 10, 614 CE in the Julian calendar.[2].[3]

- The revelation of Qur'an 46, Qur'an 45, Qur'an 44, Qur'an 43. This year is called "Sana Ahqafiyya" (al-Ahqafiyya Year) due to the revelation of Sura al-Ahqaf.
- Jumada II 20 - Birth of Lady Fatimah al-Zahra' (a) (d. 11/632), daughter of Prophet Muhammad (s) and wife of Imam Ali (a), (April 7, 614 CE).
- Migration of some Muslims in Mecca to Abyssinia at the command of the Prophet Muhammad (s) in order to escape the brutal oppression of the polytheists.
