In 1994, when al-Mustafa Center, Lebanese Islamic center, and Muhammadiyya Mosque were joined, the first sparkle of establishment of the biggest mosque of Shi'a in Europe was made. In 2001, with the efforts of Sayyid Muhammad Mahdi Khademi, son of Ayatollah Sayyid Husayn Khademi and the special helps of Islamic authorities and Ahl al-Bayt (a) World Assembly, a land of 3000 square meters was bought and the mosque was built there.

New Mosque

This great Islamic center offered all services to Shi'a of Denmark who speak English, Arabic, Persian and Urdu, until 2011. In September of 2011, it was decided to turn the old building to a beautiful Shi'a mosque with genuine Islamic architecture.
