Dhī Ṭuwā (Arabic: ذي طُوی) is a place in Mecca within the limits of the haram. According to some Shiite hadiths, it is the place where Imam al-Mahdi (a) lives during his Occultation and the place from which he will reappear before his uprising.

According to a hadith, before Imam al-Mahdi (a) begins his uprising from the Ka'ba, he will wait for his 313 companions in Dhi Tuwa. The place is mentioned in the Supplication of Nudba:

"I wish I knew where you are settled? and in which land to look for you? are you in Radwa? Or in some place else, or in Dhi Tuwa?"[1]

Dhi Tuwa was located one parasang away from Mecca. Today, it is located on the way to Tan'im within Mecca. It is said that Prophet Muhammad (s) spent the eve of the Conquest of Mecca in this area. A mosque was later built where the Prophet (s) had camped, but it was destroyed because of the expansion of Tan'im street. It is located on the north of Masjid al-Haram. Tuwa water well (bi'r Tuwa) is a well-known place in the area. It is said that the Prophet (s) performed a wudu' with the water of this well.
