Zahrawan
Zahrāwān or Zahrāwayn (Arabic: الزهراوين), meaning Two bright suras[1] is a title for the two suras of al-Baqara and Al 'Imran.[2] The cause of naming them as such is that they contain the rulings and bright divine names.[3]
The reason for naming these two suras 'Zahrawan' is found in Shia and Sunni sources. For example,[4] The Prophet (s) said in a narration: "Learn Sura al-Baqara and Sura Al Imran; they are the Zahrawan."[5]
