Text:Sura al-Buruj

From wikishia

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
By the sky with its houses, (1)
by the Promised Day, (2) وَالْيَوْمِ الْمَوْعُودِ ﴿٢﴾
by the Witness and the Witnessed: (3) وَشَاهِدٍ وَمَشْهُودٍ ﴿٣﴾
perish the Men of the Ditch!
The fire, abounding in fuel, (5)
above which they sat
as they were themselves witnesses to what they did to the faithful.
They were vindictive towards them only because they had faith in Allah, the All-mighty, the All-laudable, (8)
to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is witness to all things.
Indeed those who persecute the faithful men and women, and then do not repent, for them there is the punishment of hell, and for them there is the punishment of burning.
Indeed those who have faith and do righteous deeds, —for them will be gardens with streams running in them. That is the supreme success.
Indeed your Lord’s striking is severe. (12)
It is indeed He who originates and brings back again, (13)
and He is the All-forgiving, the All-affectionate,
Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, (15)
doer of what He desires.
Did you receive the story of the hosts (17)
of Pharaoh and Thamūd?
Rather the faithless dwell in denial, (19)
and Allah besieges them from all around.
Rather it is a glorious Qurʾān, (21)
in a preserved tablet.
