Al-Hārith b. Nabhān (Arabic: الحارِث بن نَبهان) was among the martyrs of Karbala.

His father, Nabhan was the slave of Hamza b. 'Abd al-Muttalib. He was a brave horseman and passed away two years after the martyrdom of Hamza.[1] He met the Prophet (s).[2]

Al-Harith was a companion of Imam Ali (a) and Imam al-Hasan (a). In the uprising of Imam al-Husayn (a), he accompanied Imam (a) to Karbala and was martyred in the first attack of the army of Umar b. Sa'd.[3]

He is different from al-Harith b. Nabhan al-Basri who was a hadith transmitter.[4]
